I had a really great experience here recently with my wrecked car. Specifically, Wendy took really good care of me and made the intake and repair process seamless. Wendy was really good at communicating with me pertaining to the status of my vehicle and also prompt with all invoices. I appreciate her professionalism. I would recommend their services.

I am so happy to have been led to this great place to fix my car. At first I was unsure about where to go. Now, I know why I was led here. This was a task that I didn't want to do and it ended up being a very huge relief for me. It was quick, easy and no effort on my part. Based on my recent experience with this establishment, I would absolutely recommend them to my family and friends when they need collision repair. I hit a deer on my way to work recently, and it bashed the front end of my Bronco all the way back to the radiator. I have owned it less than 8 months and it had zero dents or scratches. Needless to say, I was upset and nervous about having to be in this situation. My insurance company gave me the option to take it to Abra over at the Ford dealership in Town Lake. I didn’t know them or what their reputation is as an auto repair business, so I rolled the dice. I’m glad I did, my experience was very good. Wendy was the first person I met, she called right when they got my contact information from the insurance company. I felt totally taken care of from the start due to her attention to detail, and genuine service. She walked me through the estimate, explained the entire process in a way that I could understand, and gave me a reasonable approximation for when the repairs would be finished. The mechanics, painters, and other technicians did an awesome job restoring the front end to its original form and condition and they finished the work a day early.
