Took my Jeep here after being in an accident. My front end was all sorts of dented and broken. I’d never had to get body work done and was a bit unsure of the process of it all, but everyone I worked with made me feel so at ease the whole way through. These folks were on it from the start! Even though most of the logistics were between the insurance company and Abra I still got updates from the office every step of the way. The staff are so friendly and felt so genuine every time we talked. I did end up having a small wiring issue once I got my Jeep back, something with a temperature sensor in my side mirror. They were once again amazing with their service, I just walked in and they squeezed me in to fix the issue super quick right then. Would 100% use these again if I ever needed to. The staff are amazing, the work looked flawless, and their communication was perfect every step of the way!

ABRA in Post Falls, Idaho has wonderful customer service. Kristina took pictures of the damages and the damaged areas and did the paperwork immediately so that parts could be ordered and a date set to have me bring in my car. Kendra was helpful with explaining the paperwork, getting the car rental set up and delivered to and picked up at ABRA, and with weekly updates when my car was being worked on in the shop. Everyone worked hard and kept me updated on anything they found. I really was grateful for all the people who worked on my car. I would urge people to go to ABRA IN Post Falls, Idaho.
