I had a great experience with ABRA in Faribault after my 2020 Lincoln Navigator was hit on the driver's side. Although the repair took a little longer than initially expected, I really appreciated the staff being so proactive; they left me detailed voicemails with updates since I was too busy at work to pick up. The customer service was incredibly seamless. They had a rental car ready for me the moment I dropped mine off, and when my Navigator was finished, I was able to just leave the rental there and drive away in my own vehicle. No extra trips or hassle. I was specifically worried about the complex electronics and 360-camera calibration, but they provided me with both the pre and post-calibration reports, which gave me total peace of mind. They even made sure my driver's side Lincoln logo welcome lights were working perfectly! To top it off, they returned the car looking brand new and professionally cleaned. Highly recommend them for high-end vehicle repairs!

We had some driver door and back door dent and scratches, they had it in and out within 2 weeks and kept us informed the whole time. We received a loaner that was equal or better to drive. Which made the two weeks seamlessly. Extremely friendly staff. Our vehicle looked brand new!!!
