I highly recommend Abra of Woodbury. Rich was great to work with. He was polite, knowledgeable, professional, he gave me an accurate quote for the damages. He had clear communication through the entire process of my car being repaired. Most importantly my car was done in the time he said it would be.

Excellent work, delivered on schedule. Had to navigate a complicated situation with a recent fender bender but they were super helpful and accomodating in asking questions and finding ways to make it all work for everyone. Will absolutely be returning next time I have body work to take care of.

Abra in Woodbury is great. I chose this place because I called a bunch of auto body shops in the area and this was the only place without a phone tree. Someone answered right away and helped me make an appointment. Once I brought my car in for service, Rick at Abra in Woodbury was great. He gave me an estimated completion window, and every day provided me with a phone update. The vehicle was finished in that time frame. It was clean and fully repaired. Even smelled good in my car. After being struck by a deer, they did a great job getting my car back to its pre-accident condition in a quick and orderly fashion. The service advisor was great at guiding me through what to expect and they even went above and beyond and detailed the interior during the repairs!
