They fixed the hole on my car roof and made it look like brand new! Outstanding customer service. They communicate to you the status of your car repair and responds to inquiries quickly. Kudos to Chad for the smooth transaction.
Great communication, friendly and empathetic staff and excellent service technicians considering my accident situation. My truck is my pride & joy and they made her look as good as new when I was so worried she’d be totaled. I’m very grateful and satisfied with the work done and highly recommend Abra Auto Body to all of my military friends, coworkers and family who need future vehicle repairs! USAA did a great job picking them as a certified Minot repair shop!
My vehicle received some front end damage recently. My son took the vehicle to ABRA Auto Body in Minot, ND. Before even writing up the estimate, the great employees sprayed the car down so they would be able to see all the damage. Also took pictures of the entire perimeter of the car. The work on our front end required the headlights to be removed. I spoke to ABRA about this and asked if they would be willing to install new headlight assemblies when they put the car back together. We love our 2012 Ford Taurus but the headlights really needed replaced entirely. They agreed and were able to give us a great price for the new assemblies. When we picked up the car after a great repair I noticed a small scratch in a different area of the car. I asked them if it was new? They were able to bring up the pictures from the day of the original estimate and were able to show me the small scratch. That level of expertise and care they gave my car that day and after really allowed me the ability to be so comfortable with the end result. Thank You ABRA🥳🥳
The staff was friendly and did an excellent job communicating with me. The repair work they did on my vehicle was exceptional and they finished the work ahead of the estimated date. I will recommend ABRA to anyone needing body work in the future. A great experience all around.
